The much awaited alliance between Chandrababu Naidu's TDP and BJP has reportedly reached its climax.
If a report doing the rounds in the AP political circles is anything to by then the TDP chief has given a conditional nod to joining hands with BJP.
The buzz is that the regional party will give 50 MLA seats and 8 MP seats in Telangana to the BJP. BJP will also get 22 MLA seats and 5 MP seats from the TDP in the Seemandhra region.
However, this comes at a price for BJP. Chandrababu Naidu has dashed hopes of former Congress leader, Daggubati Purandeswari who recently joined BJP. It is learn that Naidu has advised BJP against offering a ticket to Purandeswari.
Shockingly enough, the saffron party has given its nod to Naidu's condition. Why not? After all, politics is all about seats and votes huh?
Wonder, what Purandeswari will do next!
