Vijayawada: Daggubati Purandeshwari, the Bharatiya Janata Party leader and former union minister, on Saturday, urged the people to vote for effective leaders in the forthcoming elections.
Purandeshwari addressed a press meet at Vijayawada on Saturday. She said that Prakash Javadekar and Chandrababu Naidu have been holding talks on alliance between the two parties. Further, she said that the single window system has been effectively functioning in Gujarat for the establishment of companies.
Purandeshwari said that she sensed a mood from the public that they were keen to give a success to BJP in the looming elections. People want to see Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister, added Purandeshwari. She said that if BJP comes into power, the party would ensure that the a better capital than Hyderabad would be built for Andhra Pradesh (Seemandhra).
