Sailajanath Questioned by High Court. The State High Court of Andhra Pradesh on Monday wondered how Sailajanath, the former minister in the state cabinet, would justify the foreign medical claims.

Hyderabad: The State High Court of Andhra Pradesh on Monday wondered how Sailajanath, the former minister in the state cabinet, would justify the foreign medical claims.

Sailajanath was asked to file a counter petition before three weeks. To this extent a verdict was given by the bench headed by Justice Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta and Justice Sanjay Kumar.

The High Court bench wondered whether the facilities for the treatment which he underwent at a foreign nation were not available in India. The court asked how exploitation of public fund for his self treatment in a foreign country was justified. Further, the High Court of Andhra Pradesh has taken up the petition against the spending for self treatment of Sake Sailajanath and asked him to counter file a petition before three weeks.
