Hyderabad: Book on Constitutional Justice Released, the book titled “Constitutional Justice & Judicial Process” by the late Professor Pola Koteswar Rao, Justice Chandrakumar recollected his intellectual discussion with the author and paid rich tributes to him.

Hyderabad: The intelligentsia has an onerous duty to educate people to become responsible citizens to protect democracy, said Justice Chandrakumar of AP High Court of AP, at Sundarayya Vijnana Kendram. Addressing the gathering at a function organised to release the book titled “Constitutional Justice & Judicial Process” by the late Professor Pola Koteswar Rao, Justice Chandrakumar recollected his intellectual discussion with the author and paid rich tributes to him. Justice Sheshasayana Reddy of AP High Court released the book and presented a copy to Pola Ravilochan, son of Koteswar Rao. Justice Sheshasayana Reddy extensively quoted from the book and appreciated the courageous analysis of the author. The book is a compilation of scholarly articles written by Professor Pola during his career in Sri Venkateswara University. The book was published by Asia Law House, Hyderabad.

Prof Madabhushi Sridhar, Central Information Commissioner, who edited the book, said that this was an essential study book for every student since the articles touched upon every aspect of the Constitution. Justice P S Narayana, former Judge of AP High Court and G Vidyasagar, president of the Bar Association, also spoke. Professor Vishnumurthy, student of Prof Koteswara Rao, welcomed the gathering. The late Professor’s son Ravilochan and his daughter Dr Bharathi explained the selfless dedication of their father in regularly writing about his favourite subject and how their mother used to take dictation, type out the article and then finalised them after corrections.
