Chaos ruled the scene of the tragedy in Penukonda where an APSRTC bus carrying passengers fell into a gorge. The incident has been reported from Anantapuram district.
The accident killed 15 people and injured 10. Soon as news of the mishap spread, nearby villagers and families of the victims rushed to the spot.
While a few people were searching for their loved ones, the others were seen helping with the rescue efforts.
According to preliminary investigation, the bus was on the right side which is a wrong way according to the traffic rules.
