Chandrababu Thanks His Wife. The 12-day long Godavari Pushkaralu concluded peacefully yesterday. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu, who had stay put in Rajahmundry til the end of the Godavari Pushkarams, has given vote of thanks on the last day.

The 12-day long Godavari Pushkaralu concluded peacefully yesterday. Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu, who had stay put in Rajahmundry til the end of the Godavari Pushkarams, has given vote of thanks on the last day.
More than 6000 officials apart from 7500 police personnel were on special duty at the ghats top look after the arrangements for the pilgrims. Many voluntary and charitable organisations provided distribution of food, water and butter milk to the devotees.
The state government held medical camps to provide first aid to the needy pilgrims.
Interestingly, Chandrababu Naidu said special thanks to his wife Bhuvaneswari.
He said that his wife has seen the aarti of Ganga and suggested that Godavari Harathi should be like that.
Yoga guru Baba Ramdev was present in Rajahmundry for the 'arti'.
