Hyderabad: Tollywood actor and Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan again tweeted against the acquisition of agricultural land by the Andhra Pradesh government for building the capital."I urge Hon'ble CM of AP...Sri CBN garu not to use 'Land acquisition act' on Fertile Multi cropped Lands of Undavalli, Penumaka, Bethapudi...and other River front villages.

The price of development of one area of one group always results in environmental pollution, displacement and disgruntlement of another group. This is the very nature of civilisation'. But development with least damage possible completely lies in the wisdom of the rulers. Whichever be the country, whoever be the ruler," thus tweeted Pawan Kalyan on Wednesday.

It may be mentioned that Pawan Kalyan had earlier tweeted on the forcible acquisition of land belonging to farmers. Reacting to it, Finance Minister Yanamala Ramakrishnudu said Jana Sena president and actor Pawan Kalyan who asked not to acquire land for new capital city, should also have suggested how to develop Amaravati.

Ramakrishnudu said that it was not proper on part of Pawan Kalyan to advise against use of Land Acquisition Act. “He should have suggested how to develop new capital city without acquiring land. We are not Viswamitras to built a Trishanku heaven without land,” he said.

Referring to the package announced by the Prime Minister to Bihar, the Finance Minister said there was no similarity between AP and Bihar. “The Centre should fill up the revenue deficit of Andhra Pradesh. AP needs special status as well as special package as pronounced in Parliament,” he said adding that proposal had been sent to the Centre seeking Rs 25,000 crore package.
