Funds would never be a constraint for mitigating the woes of flood victims. The leaders and activists of TDP in the district should go to the grassroots level for extending a helping hand to the flood victims, he added.

While reviewing the ongoing Jana  Chaitanya Yatras in the district with the district TDP leaders at the TD Office on Sunday, Naidu made it clear that all the TDP leaders should take part in Jana Chaitanya Yatras in order to instill confidence among the people on TDP government.

It may be recalled that the TTD Jana Chaitanya Yatras commenced on December 1 and conclude on December 14 . Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu will take part in Jana Chaithanya Yatra at Santhipuram on December 10, while Lokesh will take part at GD Nellore on December 9.

“Despite the district was reeling under rain related havoc many leaders took part in the Jana Chaithanya Yatras, he added.

District TDP president G Srinivas said that the participation of the leaders in the Jana Chaithanya Yatras is laudable as the yatras covering all the Assembly constituencies. Senior leaders P Nani felt that senior leaders of the party and the elected representatives should come forward to lead the Jana Chaithanya Yatras. Former Minister G Kuthuhalamma, paraty official spokesperson V Surendra Kumar and others were present.

The leaders put the responsibility on the Assembly constituency in-charges concerned on making the ensuing visit of Nara Lokesh a success.
