6 arrested in excise raids
The Prohibition and Excise officials arrested six persons at various places in West Godavari district on Tuesday. The officials conducted raids in Chintalapudi, Kamavarapukota, Lingapalem, T Narsapuram mandals simultaneously.
Chinalapudi: The Prohibition and Excise officials arrested six persons at various places in West Godavari district on Tuesday. The officials conducted raids in Chintalapudi, Kamavarapukota, Lingapalem, T Narsapuram mandals simultaneously.
Chintalapudi Excise Circle Inspector Satyanarayana said during the raids the excise personnel seized 120 litres of arrack, two vehicles. They also destroyed 3,800 litres of wash in these areas.
