Venkaiah flays Congress for stalling Parliament

He said that the Congress party was creating hurdles while several bills have to be discussed in the Parliament.Speaking to media persons in Vijayawada on Saturday, the Union Minister alleged that Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi have been trying to stall the Parliament though they were personally involved in National Herald properties case and the court summoned them for hearing. He said that the BJP has nothing to do with that case. Former MP Subramanian Swamy filed a case on the Congress leaders when they dared him to approach court during the Parliament session in 2012. Venkaiah Naidu regretted that the Congress party was stalling the current winter session of Parliament though 16 bills were pending in the Parliament. He said that it was unfortunate that the Aam Aadmi Party was extending its support to the Congress party.
The Union Minister said that the Congress party has been ruining the image of the country by its acts of stalling Parliament while Modi rule has been receiving praises from all over the world. Referring to ruckus in AP Assembly over the call money issue, Venkaiah Naidu said that both the ruling and opposition leaders should respect each other and should not make derogatory remarks to protect the dignity and decorum in the House. He said stern action should be taken against the accused in the call money case.
