Woman ends life with two children in suicide pact
A woman, who was vexed with family disputes and frequent quarrels with husband, committed suicide, along with her two sons in Gantyada Mandal in Vizianagaram district on Wednesday.
Vizianagaram: A woman, who was vexed with family disputes and frequent quarrels with husband, committed suicide, along with her two sons in Gantyada Mandal in Vizianagaram district on Wednesday.
Sub-Inspector K Tirupathi Rao informed that T Santhi (35) was married to K Krishna of Ramavaram village in Gantyada Mandal, which is 20 km from Vizianagaram town.
Krishna was working as a lorry driver and the couple was blessed with two sons- Chandu Varma (13) and Harshit Varma (11). But due to financial problems, the couple used to quarrel frequently. On Wednesday, they fought and the husband had assaulted her.
Santhi, who could not bear the torture, resorted to extreme step by hanging her two kids and herself from the ceiling fan.
