Eluru: The bail petition filed by AgriGold Company Chairman and Managing Directors will come for hearing on Monday along with the custody petition of APCID.
It may be recalled that the CID officials arrested amd produced AgriGold company Chairman Avva Venkata Rama Rao and Managing Director Avva Venkata Seshu Narayana before District Principal Sessions Judge (In charge) A Hariharanatha Sarma on Friday. Later, CID officials shifted them to district jail for judicial remand.
Meanwhile, the CID has filed a petition seeking police custody of the accused for further investigation. This case will also come for hearing on Monday, police sources said.
