YSR Congress party members led by President YS Jagan Mohan Reddy on Wednesday protested against the land scam in the AP Capital region in the AP legislative assembly. As Jagan raised the issue of Amaravati land scam in the Assembly stating that the TDP Ministers, MLAs and leaders had purchased the lands by insider trading, Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu rose up to condemn the Opposition leader and demanded to prove his allegations regarding Benami lands.
Chandrababu even said that he would dismiss the ministers if they were found guilty but rejected the proposal for a CBI inquiry. The Chief Minister even asked Jagan to quote the survey numbers and the names of the ministers involved in the scam else he has to render an apology.
