JNTU-K constituent college gets new principal

Kakinada: Dr K V S G Murali Krishna, Head of Civil Engineering department of JNTU-K, was appointed as principal for the newly started JNTU-K campus college at Narasaraopet in Guntur district. The new college henceforth will be known as JNTU-K College of Engineering, Narasaraopet and will be offering courses in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, ECE and CSE branches.
Disclosing the details of faculty appointment here on Sunday, Vice-Chancellor Prof V S S Kumar said a test was conducted for appointment of staff. He said 449 candidates appeared for the test on Sunday. The V-C said the list of selected candidates will be displayed on university website on June 29.
