Hyderabad: YSRCP president Jaganmohan Reddy on Friday called upon the people of the State to reject the parties which had failed to keep their word and had gone back on poll promises.

Participating in 67th birth anniversary celebrations of his father and former chief minister Y S Rajasekhar Reddy at Idupulapaya in his native YSR Kadapa district, Jagan alleged that the quality of polity in the State was deteriorating with Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu stooping to a new low in terms of corruption, and not working to fulfill even a single poll promise during his two years in office.

Prior to elections, Naidu had promised many things including waiver of farm and DWACRA loans, creation of jobs, unemployment stipend, and housing besides others but did not fulfill a single one. “Unless such tall talk is checked regularly, the streak of promises will continue, and he can stoop to any level and even promise moon," the YSRCP chief remarked.
