Cong team to study Pushkaralu works

Vijayawada: City Congress president Malladi Vishnu said on Sunday that the party would send a delegation to study the Krishna Pushkaralu works undertaken by the State government in Krishna, Guntur and Kurnool districts.

The former MLA and the city Congress president Vishnu said there were many allegations about the poor quality of the works for Krishna Pushkaralu. He said the Government was spending crores of rupees for Krishna Pushkaralu and quality must be maintained in the works. He said the government is not following the rules in awarding the works to the contractors.
