Vijayawada: All India Kapu Federation State president Naraharisetti Srihari on Sunday said the federation would offer various services to devotees who would attend to ambitious Krishna Pushkaralu in Vijayawada city. In a press release, Srihari said the federation had decided to offer lemon rice and curd rice to 25,000 devotees a day. “We also decided to distribute one lakh water packets every day and arrange five mobile medical teams if any emergency situation arise,” he explained.
Vehicles would be provided for senior citizens and disabled persons at bus stands and railway stations to reach Pushkar ghats easily and about 4,000 volunteers would be arranged from Kapu Sangham for the purpose of Krishna Puskaralu, he informed. Federation National President CH Ramanujaya would conduct a meeting in this regard on July 14 in Vijayawada, he said.
