KRU teams leave for All India Aquatics Championship
Krishna University (KRU) has sent a five-member men’s team and a three-member women’s team for the All India Inter University Aquatics Championship to be held at Panjab University in Chandigarh from October 24 to 28.
Krishna University (KRU) has sent a five-member men’s team and a three-member women’s team for the All India Inter University Aquatics Championship to be held at Panjab University in Chandigarh from October 24 to 28.
J Krishna Kumari, principal of TSR and ERR Government Degree College, Pamarru, president of the university selection committee, on Thursday said the KRU men’s team comprises K Praveen Babu and B Ravindra Sainath of PB Siddhartha College of Arts and Science, P Nageswara Rao of KBN College, K Sai Kali of SRR and CVR Government Degree College and K Prudhvi Raju of Smt Velagapudi Durgamba Siddhartha Law College.
The university women’s team includes G Kavya of Montessori Mahila Kalasala, GVS Spandana of Sri Durga Malleswara Siddhartha Mahila Kalasala and D Samatha of PB Siddhartha College of Arts and Science. Physical education director D Yugandhar is the manager and coach of the KRU aquatics teams, she said.
