Clear pending petitions received in Prajavani
Joint Collector P S Girisha instructed the officials to give a special attention for clearing pending petitions received during Prajavani. Along with Joint Collector 2 Chandramouli and District Revenue Officer Rajia Begum, he received the petitions from the aggrieved in the Prajavani at the Collectorate here on Monday.

As per the standing orders of District Collector PS Pradyumna, all petitions received in the Prajavani should be solved within one week, he added. The officials have received over 100 petitions in the Prajavani held on Monday. The Joint Collector reviewed the performance of various departments in clearing the grievances received during Prajavani.
He expressed displeasure over the Revenue department for not showing interest in clearing the petitions. “District officials should change their attitude and work towards clearing the petitions at the earliest,” he added. He stated that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu is closely monitoring the progress of each district in clearing the petitions received from the public.
DRDA Project Director Ravi Prakash Reddy, DEO Samuel, DMHO Dr Vijaya Gouri, DWMA Project Director Kurmanath and other district officials were present.
