Singh was transporting tyres from Chennai to Hyderabad when the mishap occurred. Based on his cell phone relatives were informed.

Singh was transporting tyres from Chennai to Hyderabad when the mishap occurred. Based on his cell phone relatives were informed.

The SP sought details of the accident case registered by CI Maheswar Reddy. He wanted the barricades of the flyover to be fixed and signboards to be erected at a height so as to be visible to the road-users. He directed the traffic DSP that the National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) should be told to complete flyover works expeditiously to prevent accidents.

The SP said the turning points on the highways and the precaution boards near the junctions should be immediately fixed along with the traffic signal boards. The white line borders on roads should be more visible.

He inspected the junctions from the flyover on the Gutti national highway to the outer ring road rand also towards Panchalingala Circle to know the traffic problems. Those who accompanied the SP were Traffic DSP C M Gangaiah, NHAI General Manager Bala Ganesh, CIs Pavan Kishore, Gunasekhar Babu, SIs Giribabu and Venkateshwar.
