Guntur: The vigilance and enforcement department officials on Friday raided a house at Sriramulu Nagar in Narasaraopet town and seized 10 bags fake gutka packets.
According to regional regional enforcement officer T Sobha Manjari, the accused Balanaga Raju was illegally getting gutka stocks from Bengaluru and distributing in the district.
On a tip-off, they raided the house and seized 10 bags of fake gutka packets. Later, they handed over the gutka stocks to Two Town Police Station in Narasaraopet town.
