Rajamahendravaram: Adikavi Nanaya University (AKNU) vice-chancellor Prof Murru Mutyala Naidu has advised the students to enhance communication skills as the skills are most important to get jobs across the globe.
Addressing the students in a guest lecture conducted on English Communication Skills in the campus here on Friday, he said English is an international language and underlined the need to learn the subject well.
In addition to other languages, English is must to obtain jobs across the country and in other countries also.
The students should concentrate on English language and the university also taking steps to make the students master in English language. The vice-chancellor asked the students to read well to obtain knowledge.
Medha Institute founder Dr A Chiranjeevulu said at present the entire world became a global village and because of latest technologies it is easy to enhance communication skills, if the students concentrate on skills.
Along with mother tongue, the student should learn English which helps to get livelihood through jobs. English is must to get jobs in other parts of the country.
The companies will consider the communication skills of the candidates while selecting them. He advised them to avail this opportunity to enhance communication skills.
