The Ongole public enjoyed the morning with the special programmes, Happy Sunday and Anandalahari arranged in the Baviveedhi in Marathipalem of 12th division by the Ongole Municipal Corporation
Ongole: The Ongole public enjoyed the morning with the special programmes, Happy Sunday and Anandalahari arranged in the Baviveedhi in Marathipalem of 12th division by the Ongole Municipal Corporation.
The youth, children, and adults, both men and women, actively participated in the musical chairs, tug of war, caroms, ring, chess, puli-meka, lemon in spoon, snakes and ladder, shuttle badminton as part of the Happy Sunday activities. The artistes of Bharatanatyam, folk, western dance, cultural, folk and cine songs mesmerised the public with their performance.
Municipal Commissioner Sankranthi Venkata Krishna, municipal engineer Sundara Ramireddy, DE Anil Kumar, AMRUT representatives B Bhargavi Devi, K Harini, TDP Ongole town president Kathari Nageswara Rao, secretary Dharma and other municipal staff along with the residents and students in the area also participated in the programmes.
