Vijayawada: Film actor and Hindupur MLA Nandamuri Balakrishna performed special puja at Sri Venu Gopala Swami Temple at Hamsala Deevi near Avinagadda, along with Andhra Pradesh State Legislative Assembly Deputy Speaker Mandali Buddha Prasad on Wednesday.
Balakrishna was at Avanigadda for the shooting of NTR biopic, according to the movie crew.
They said that the shooting will continue for a week at various places in Avanigadda, surrounding places Hamsaladeevi and Koduru of Diviseema.
The shooting of the TDP founder and AP former Chief Minister NT Rama Rao (NTR) biopic will cover the issues relate to Diviseema cyclone in1977.
The shooting of important scenes in the movie will be picturised on actors Balakrishna, Sumanth and Daggubati Rana.
The shooting of donations collected by NT Rama Rao and Akkineni Nageswara Rao will take place in Diviseema areas.
The movie crew will stay at Avanigadda. Actor Sumanth was playing the role of ANR and Rana was playing the role of CM Chandrababu Naidu.
