The Railways would run 10 Special trains between Kakinada Town and Secunderabad and from Santragachi to Chennai Central to clear extra rush of passengers during Dasshera and Diwali festival season

Vijayawada: The Railways would run 10 Special trains between Kakinada Town and Secunderabad and from Santragachi to Chennai Central to clear extra rush of passengers during Dasshera and Diwali festival season.

Two services would be run from Kakinada Town to Secunderabad and Kakinada Town with Train No 82715 which will depart from Kakinada Town at 6 pm on October 21 and arrive at Secunderabad at 4. 40 am the next day.

In return direction, Train No 82716 Secunderabad to Kakinada Town Special Train will depart Secunderabad at 5:50 am on October 22 and arrive at Kakinada Town at 6 pm on the same day.

En route, these special trains will stop at Samalkot, Rajahmundry, Tadepalligudem, Eluru, Vijayawada, Guntur, Piduguralla, Miryalaguda and Nalgonda stations in both the directions and the special trains consist of AC III Tier, Sleeper Class and General Second Class Coaches.

Eight special services would run from Santragachi to Chennai Central and Santragachi. Train No 02841 Santragachi to Chennai Central weekly special train will depart Santragachi at 12.40 pm on October 12, 19, 26, November 2, 2018 (Fridays) and arrive at Chennai Central at 4:40 pm on Saturdays.

In the return direction, 02842 Chennai Central to Santragachi weekly special train will depart Chennai Central at 6:20 pm on October 13, 20, 27 and on November 3, (Saturdays) and arrive Santragachi at 11:30 pm on Sundays.

The special train would en route stop at Kharagpur, Bhadrak, Jajpur Keonjhar Road , Bhubaneswar, Khurda Road, Brahmapur, Vizianagaram, Duvvada, Rajahmundry, Vijayawada, Nellore and Gudur stations in both the directions.

These trains will have AC II Tier, AC III Tier and Sleeper Class Coaches.
