Kakinada: Viswa Hindu Parishad (VHP) district secretary Kanchumarthi Appaji has said that Ayodhya Janmabhoomi Rama Mandir Nirmala Sankalpa Sabha will be held at Anand Bharathi grounds here on December 9.
Speaking to reporters at RSS office here on Tuesday, he said Hindus were fighting for the construction of Ram Mandir for 490 years in the country and about four lakh Hindus sacrificed themselves in this regard. Though the issue was in apex court, it was not giving judgement in this regard, he said and demanded that the BJP government bring an ordinance for the construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya in the forthcoming Parliament session.
“If the BJP government fails to bring an ordinance in this regard, the people are ready to agitate for 77th time” and asked Hindu fraternity to participate in the meeting on a large scale.
