Vijayawada:The swearing in ceremony of the 14 Andhra Pradesh judges organised in a grand manner at the Indira Gandhi Municipal Corporation stadium on Tuesday morning.
Governor of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states ESL Narasimhan administered the oath in the presence of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu and officials of judiciary and other departments. AP High court Chief Justice Praveen Kumar took the oath and followed by other judges in the occasion.
The event is a historic occasion in the history of Andhra Pradesh particularly as far as judiciary is concerned. After six decades, the High Court is back in Andhra Pradrsh. A large number of judges, advocates and staff of judiciary department attend the memorable event with family members.
