They are coming to know how they were cheated by the realtors only after investing in the property.
The brochures and hoardings about the new ventures are promising the moon to attract customers.
Going by these campaign material and talkative realtors, people have been buying the plots and flats only to be cheated by them at a later stage.
Many layouts and apartments under construction have no approvals from the civic authorities.
In Gollavanitippa road, there is no permission for the layout and construction activities are going on for the last three months.
None of the structures coming up here have permission from the town planning department. In spite of that, they managed to get power supply.
When asked, municipal town planning officials said the structures in question had no approval. They requested people not to buy the property without valid town planning layout.
