The Krishna District Amateur Chess Tournament selections will be organised at Slate School in Poranki here on March 10
Vijayawada: The Krishna District Amateur Chess Tournament selections will be organised at Slate School in Poranki here on March 10.
In a release here on Wednesday, the Krishna District Amateur Chess Association secretary Srihari said that two players will be selected from the district to represent at State-level Championship which will be held at Kadapa from April 19 to 21.
He further said that as usual Under 7, 9, 11, 13 and 15 years categories winners will be felicitated with special prizes, besides presentation of Best Woman, Best Handicapped, Best Veteran prizes.
The players who wish to participate should enrol their name before 8:30 am on March 10 and should attend the selection with their date of birth certificate.
