Maid sedates actress Bhagyashree's family, flees with jewels

Do you remember Maine Pyar Kiya fame Bhagyashree? Of course, she is remembered only when she in some news. Once again Bhagyashree is in the news. Her in-laws were heavily sedated and their jewellery of worth Rs 21 lakh was robbed allegedly by their home maid. He has been absconding since the couple was found unconscious at their Juhu apartment in Mumbai early on Friday.

According to the police, the couple had their morning tea, after returning from a morning walk at 5.30 am, which was mixed with sedatives by their domestic help, Rakesh.

According to the police officials, doctors found that the two were given sedatives and hence had been asleep for hours. On investigation, said the official, they found that they had hired Rakesh just ten days before and learnt ornaments worth Rs.21lakh went missing.

A case has been booked by the police and investigations are happening on the subject matter.
