The GHMC circle 10-town issued a notice to the actor acting on the complaint that he was involved in illegal construction of flats without required permission. Venkatesh owns a flat in Filmnagar Road No.1.

It is learnt that the flat is being worked upon over the last few days. the GHMC said that Venky was renovating the flat without permission from the GHMC and sought an explanation over the same. GHMC also warned that if the actor did not reply within 10 days of receiving this notification, his building will be demolished.
