Kick 2 on August 21

In what is good news for all the ‘Kick’ fans, the sequel to the anticipated comic caper laced with action, ‘Kick 2’, will be releasing on August 21. Though murmurs about the same have been doing the rounds for the past couple of days, producer Kalyan Ram, in a statement, confirmed the development, saying that they are through with the post-production formalities.

“We are planning to celebrate the triple platinum disc function of the music on August 14. We will arrive on August 21,” he said. Starring Ravi Teja and Rakul Preet Singh in the lead roles, the film, a Surender Reddy directorial, is penned by Vakkantham Vamsi. SS Thaman has composed the soundtrack.
