Kalyanram and AS Ravikumar film is happening

While he came close to directing Kalyanram eight months ago, the project fell through due to reasons unknown. But now it looks like AS Ravikumar Chowdary’s wish of directing the Nandamuri hero may be a reality. Call it the box-office crash of ‘Sher’ or Ravikumar’s skills, especially his stronghold on screenplay, the actor, we hear, has agreed to do his next film for the director.

A source confirms, “The film will commence in January or early February by which Ravi will be through with all activities related to his current film with Gopichand, ‘Soukhyam’. It will be a racy-action drama with emphasis on entertainment. Writer Hari (for whom Kalyanram has given a word) has been asked to wait for time being.”

When contacted, Ravikumar confirmed the development without divulging any details. “Yes, the film with Kalyanram is on. I will announce the other details very soon,” he said.
