The premiere edition of the IIFA Utsavam celebrations promise to put up a spectacular show packed with mesmerising performances and awe-inspiring acts on January 24 and 25.South India’s biggest celebration of cinema will see dynamic superstars like Ram Charan, Akhil Akkineni and Jeeva make their debut performances and create unstoppable magic at IIFA Utsavam among a host of other exciting activities.
In each film award ceremony, special honors will be presented to matinee idols like Dr Akkineni Nageshwar Rao and Dr D Rama Naidu for their work in Telugu cinema and K Balachander and MS Viswanathan for his contribution to the Tamil film industry.
Other personalities to be felicitated for their contribution to cinema are Siddalingaiah for Kannada and TE Vasudevan for Malayalam cinema. The superstar performer brigade also includes Prabhudeva, Tamanna Bhatia, Shirya Saran, Tapsee Pannu, Shivrajkumar, Parul Yadav, Nikki Galrani, Kavya Madhavan and Mamta Mohandas among others.
