After sporting a toned body for his role of stuntman in his last film ‘Bruce Lee’, Ram Charan has hit the gym with vengeance again. The actor is pulling out all stops to prepare for forthcoming film, a remake of Tamil film ‘Thani Oruvan’, where he plays a cop. Let’s have a sneak peek at the workout.

Since Charan has to look extremely ripped for the part, he was asked to put on more muscle. He is back on a rigorous workout regimen working out for more than an hour every day cardio in the morning and weights in the evening. Whenever Charan is in Bangalore, he ensures that he sprints, walks and cycles at his farm house.

On diet front too, the actor is cautious. His breakfast comprises of egg whites, salads and protein shake. His frequent small meals include white sandwiches, fruit platter, yogurt and slices of toast with complete elimination of rice. Drinking lots of water and sleeping only after an hour post meal is advised.

Look wise, Charan is likely to go for a crew cut. Since he portrays an intense cop in the pulpy thriller, director Surender Reddy feels Charan’s crew cut might have huge visual impact. The film that went on floors recently sees Rakul Preet Singh alongside Charan.
