Mahesh Babu\'s Srimanthudu movie was released two years back but still, the case is going in the Court. Novel writer Sarat Chandra has filed a case against Mahesh Babu and Srimanthudu movie makers.
Mahesh Babu's Srimanthudu movie was released two years back but still, the case is going in the Court. Novel writer Sarat Chandra has filed a case against Mahesh Babu and Srimanthudu movie makers.In Press meet, Sarat Chandra stated that he doesn't want any money from Srimanthudu filmmakers. But on one condition, he requested the people who are going to remake the film in Hindi to give his name as story credit.
Recently, the court has given an order to Mahesh Babu, Koratala Siva, and Producer Naveen to attend the court individually. Lately report suggests that they didn't attend the court and they have been issued summons to the inquiry.
Even after that also Mahesh Babu, Director and Producer Naveen have not attended the court due to various reasons. As a result, the case is likely to become more intense. Earlier, the court has informed that actor is not responsible for the copyrights. It was good news to Mahesh and audience but he had jointly produced the movie so he has an equal responsibility like a director as per the source. We have to wait and see how long the case will lead.
