Farmer commits suicide
Unable to clear his mounting debts, a farmer Doda Gangareddy (45) of Munipally village committed suicide by consuming pesticides on Tuesday night in his agricultural field.
Laxmanchanda (Adilabad): Unable to clear his mounting debts, a farmer Doda Gangareddy (45) of Munipally village committed suicide by consuming pesticides on Tuesday night in his agricultural field.
According to the police, Gangareddy’s crops withered away as there were no rains in his district and he had to repay loans worth Rs 3 lakh. His body was found in his agricultural field on Wednesday morning. A case has been registered and police took up investigation.
