Six persons held in cordon & search operation

Six persons from Fathulguda, who were suspected to have been involved in property offenses in Cyberabad, were taken into custody by the LB Nagar police on Sunday. In the early hours of Sunday, about 270 police personnel, including LB Nagar DCP Tafseer Iqbal, participated in a cordon and search operation at Fathulguda in LB Nagar.
Hyderabad: Six persons from Fathulguda, who were suspected to have been involved in property offenses in Cyberabad, were taken into custody by the LB Nagar police on Sunday. In the early hours of Sunday, about 270 police personnel, including LB Nagar DCP Tafseer Iqbal, participated in a cordon and search operation at Fathulguda in LB Nagar.
During the operation, the police conducted searches in 260 houses in the vicinity and detained six persons and also seized 17 vehicles which included 15 bikes. Verification of the vehicles and background check of the suspects is in progress, the police said.
