Minor boy hit by RTC bus, dies

A 13-year-old boy died on the spot after a RTC bus hit his cycle, which he was riding, near CC Reddy Convent in Kodad on Sunday. According to Kodad town police, Mahesh came to Kodad to spent summer holidays with his relatives. On Sunday, he was returning home on a cycle after purchasing cool drink and Hyderabad-bound RTC bus of Jaggaiahpet depot hit his cycle.

According to Kodad town police, Mahesh came to Kodad to spent summer holidays with his relatives. On Sunday, he was returning home on a cycle after purchasing cool drink and Hyderabad-bound RTC bus of Jaggaiahpet depot hit his cycle.
Mahesh received severe injuries and died on the spot. The locals informed the police, who rushed to the spot and shifted the body to Kodad area hospital for postmortem. Based on a complaint by Rathode Ramuki, aunty of the deceased, the police registered a case on RTC bus driver and investigation is on.
