Demanding release of job notifications immediately, several unemployed youth have organised a dharna outside the Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) office in Hyderabad on Friday. How can the government withhold the notifications even after they were cleared by Finance Department, they questioned. The dharna was organised by AP BC Welfare Association.
“Except Group I posts, all other posts had nothing to do with the state bifurcation issue. All of them can be filled up under local- non local, zonal lines. Even for the 20 per cent non local posts, locals can compete. So the delay has no rationale,” R Krishnaiah, President of the BC Welfare Association said.
