Instead of demanding honesty, understand the honesty of people by yourself and deal them accordingly is the message the female brown trout fish has to convey to the corporate leaders.
Instead of demanding honesty, understand the honesty of people by yourself and deal them accordingly is the message the female brown trout fish has to convey to the corporate leaders. Once this art is developed, instead of creating conflicts and noise, ‘the real character and true leadership content’ of people can be understood easily. Indeed, the nature has answered the above puzzle of the corporate leaders by creating the female brown trout fish.
During breeding season, it has been proved that the female brown trout fish used to fakes orgasm to encourage the males to inseminate them. Once they allow the male fishes to do the same, they moves away so she can choose the right and best partner to mate with. Instead of allowing the male to fight and prove, she smartly chooses the best partner through a simple trick. But she has never compromised on producing the best future generation and hence never mate with weaker partner.
The corporate bosses must learn this management message clearly. While dealing and dialoguing with subordinates and others, they must ‘fake some level of innocence’ and ‘stupidity/dumbness’ to allow the people/subordinates to feel they are smart and intelligent than their bosses. If the bosses consciously allow the subordinates to have free run to a limited extent and accommodate their ‘limited tricks and follies’, the skirmish of subordinates can be limited. If the bosses ever attempts to go after the subordinates and investigate the truth and legitimacy of their every act, the subordinates naturally would engage only in learning, improvising and sharpening their skills to fool their bosses. Instead of focusing on performing, they become busy learning and playing tricks and petty politics.
If the bosses fake innocence and stupidity, the subordinates naturally limit their tricks and seldom sharpen or improvise them as such necessity will not be there. Every human being loves to speak lie. While allowing people to lie, one can easily prevent the same people from becoming ‘chronic liars’.
By faking innocence or stupidity, one would never become so. But if one can achieve success by faking, should and must fake is the management message the female brown trout fish conveys to the corporate leaders.
By faking orgasm, she smartly makes all immature and restless male fishes to rush and inseminate. Once all such male fishes finish their job, they never engage in courtship fight. By allowing them to inseminate her, she is not allowing fertilization process to takes place as she has only faked orgasm. Then she selects the best and procreates.
But unfortunately most corporate bosses love to prove that they are very smart in finding the truth in what the subordinates speak. They further cross check and verify every bit of information of the subordinates to prove its ‘truth’.
Learn the art of how to ‘fake to prevent the fakes’ in the organization. Learn the valuable management message of female brown trout and never make your people ‘smart’ in ‘skirmish’. Allow them to feel they are already smart in ‘stupid things’ and ensure that they have to be smart in their task.
