For them, good salary and perks should not be the major criterion. They should focus on opportunities which provide them scope to show off their creativity and talent. If the students are creative and talented, they will automatically get due recognition in professional career.”

B-Dynamix (Thirst for Quest), Creative Crackers (Market Makers), The Exotic (Young CEO), Swing and Swirl (a dance contest) and other events were held as part of Samanvay. B-Dynamix is an event where students were quizzed about current management trends while Creative Crackers gave a platform for students to showcase their talent in marketing a product and creating a brand image for it. After testing candidates in rounds like Just a Minute (JAM), Group Discussion (GD), perception and skills, they were put under a stress interview to judge the winner of ‘The Exotic’ event. The cultural events enthralled the gathering.
