Criminal case filed against illegal water connection

The Water Board’s vigilance team detected two illegal connections at Bahadurpura and criminal case was registered under sections 269 & 430 of IPC in Bahadurapura police station against Mohd Ashraf, a resident of Memon Colony, under Bahadurapura Section of Sub Division No.II limits under O&M Dvision No.I, Goshamahal. The imprisonment for the above Criminal Case for taking illegal connections may be up to 5 years besides penalty.
