CBSE toppers felicitated
Achievers of the CBSE AISSE 2016 who secured 10/10 CGPA in the exams were felicitated at the Achievers Award Ceremony held at Azaan International School on Friday.

Girls surpassed boys by securing five of the top eight ranks in the school. Eight students secured 10/10, 40 students achieved a CGPA of 8 while 14 students achieved between 8 and 8.9.
Maulana Rasheed Nadwi said that “even the posts of IAS, IFS, IPS, etc are not destiny but mere steps towards achieving something greater that can benefit the society. Students must rise to achieve greater good and payback to the society with their distinguished achievements.”
He stressed upon the need for parents to offer holistic education to students and refrain from compromising on its standards. Principal Iqbal presenting the annual report said that “the school has achieved 100 per cent result and the CGPA scores are distinguishingly promising”.
Ex-Law Minister Asif Pasha, Senior Advocate Jaleel Ahmed, Secretary Dr Nayyar Farozan, Khaled Rasool Khan, Sajid Peerzada and others were also present on the occasion.
