At an age when women empowerment is the buzzword, Creative Minds brings to the forefront a coffee-table book that highlights the contributions of 72 select achievers.

As the title suggests, ‘Woman Glory’ is an amalgamation of the lives and times of these women.“It is an acknowledgement of our credible standing in the society that people of impressive standing in diverse fields, including political, bureaucracy, industry and entertainment have taken time-off to honour the glorious women, who made their way into ‘Woman Glory’,” said NarendarKotak.

According to Kotak the awards are true recognitions of empowerment and leadership skills. Their struggles and how they managed to conquer them up successfully with their survival instincts go a long way in proving that they are no less courageous than men.

“To most people names like TrisheetaTej, Rumana Sinha Sehgal, Monalisha Dash, Soumya Kukreti and Alka Agarwal may not ring a bell except those who have were fortunate to see them working for the society. It is such women who needed to be brought to the spotlight,” he said.

The book was released by Union Minister BandaruDattatreya.
