Fashion show marks graduation ceremony

The Inter National Institute of Fashion Design (INIFD) celebrated the ‘Annual Graduation Ceremony’ to acknowledge and applaud achievements of design students in Begumpet over the weekend.

Mrs. Earth 2015 Priyanka Khurana Goyal, CEO and Founder of INIFD Anil Khosla fashion designer Ishita Singh presented the Diploma and Graduation certificates to the students in Interior and Fashion designing along with other achievement awards.

Student designer Sabah Shabnam, one of the eight winners who created history at ‘Fashion Scout’ during London Fashion Week, was felicitated Priyanka. Sabah, a graduate in Fashion Design from INIFD created history September 17 when showcased her collection in London.

She was the only student selected from Hyderabad who represented the country at the prestigious event. As part of the ceremony, Sabha’s ‘Amazing Kashmir’ collection was showcased in a fashion show. The collection is inspiration from ‘Kashida Embroidery of Kashmir’ and she created magical feminine silhouettes in rich mixes of exceptional textures and materials in forms of yokes.

Khosla congratulated the young talent for making INIFD and India proud with her achievement. He said that it was a moment of great pride for INIFD to see student designers showcase at a huge platform along with the other international designers.

On the occasion, passing out students were motivated to dream big. The guests present at the event addressed the young achievers and parents and wished the students a successful journey ahead in the field of fashion and design.
