No traffic cop at KPHB Junction

KPHB: City-based commuters are always in a hurry and seem to have little respect for traffic rules. While people die every day at uncontrolled crossings on city roads many are under risk daily at junctions that have no traffic signal or police deployment.
The traffic police at BJP office, Kukatpally is not concentrating on implementing traffic rules and not bothered about how the commuters are travelling.

Many people are seen driving in the wrong direction, to reach their destinations faster. Many commuters are driving the vehicle without helmet, jumping the signals, and triple riding on two wheeler. According to a local, everyday 20 to 30 minor accidents are taking place in this particular place.

The Hans India witnessed that there was no traffic police in that place. Many college students and others cross the road even when the signal is in red near KPHB metro station. This causes enormous problems to other people who drive their vehicles when people cross the road on a stop signal.

Many vehicles are parked on the road side, even when it is a no parking zone, creating a huge traffic on the roads. "Locals are getting panicky to come out of their houses. If anything happens who will be the reponsible? Everyone from the commuters to the pedestrians who are crossing the road are affected said Arjun, a private sector employee and a resident of the area.
