Hyderabad: Demanding immediate release of subsidy loans, BC Welfare Association activists laid siege to BC Welfare Office here on Thursday. National president R Krishnaiah demanded release of Rs 6,000 crore to 5,77,000 BCs who applied for subsidy loans through BC Corporation.
He warned of severe consequences if the funds allotted to BCs were diverted to other sectors. Krishnaiah alleged that only TRS candidates were getting benefits of various government schemes. BC student organisation working president Jaipal Mudiraj, general secretary G Rambabu, BC Welfare Association national vice-president G Krishna took part.
