Chittigidda: With the civic authorities turning a blind eye, Usman, a 75-year-old man of Chittigidda village of Navapet mandal decied to clear the garbage that was lying for several days.
The villagers’ complaint to the authorities proved futile, as with each passing day, the garbage kept increasing. On Sunday, Usman was seen clearing the debris, separating the dry and wet waste and started burning the waste.
