Telangana Jagruthi president Kalvakuntla Kavitha lashed out at TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu and YSR Congress party honorary president YS Vijayamma for addressing letters to Prime Minister after the bifurcation decision was taken by the Centre.

Hyderabad: Telangana Jagruthi president Kalvakuntla Kavitha lashed out at TDP chief N Chandrababu Naidu and YSR Congress party honorary president YS Vijayamma for addressing letters to Prime Minister after the bifurcation decision was taken by the Centre.
Participating in a protest organised at Vidyut Soudha on Saturday, Kavitha stated in no uncertain terms that they would not accept UT status for Hyderabad.
‘What properties did actor-turned-politician Chiranjeevi bring here from Chennai since he is now demanding Hyderabad be made joint capital forever for the Seemandhra State,” she questioned. Telangana Electricity Employees JAC convenor K Raghu alleged Chief Minister’s role behind the government staff agitations in Seemandhra region.
Meanwhile, Telangana employees met P Ramesh, JMD Transco to express their solidarity in wake of reports that Seemandhra employees in the department spoke in a harsh manner with the IAS officer while giving the strike notice.
